The “Help Me” plan includes:

  • SitePad build: you choose a theme from sitepad.com/themes, we configure it and load your branding/content.
  • Hosting & domain admin: we provision hosting and register/manage your domain (registered in your name only after 3 months is up and you request it).
  • DNS & email basics: DNS records and mailbox setup help (no desktop/on-site IT support).
  • Updates & hardening: routine platform updates and basic hardening.
  • Backups: routine best-effort backups (keep your own mission-critical copies too).
  • Support: ticket/email support for hosting platform issues and in-scope tweaks.
  • Edits: one reasonable round on the first draft; after launch, up to 3 small revisions per month.

No. The whole point is affordability.

  • Help Me: No once-off build fee; subscription covers the build with a simple 3-month minimum and a 30-day guarantee.
  • DIY: No build fee - you build/manage your own site.

No tricks. No lock-in.

  • 30-day guarantee: if you’re not happy in the first 30 days, cancel for a refund of our month-one fee (minus the domain cost) and we’ll export your site.
  • 3-month minimum: after 30 days, if you cancel before 3 months total, you pay only the months remaining to reach 3. No buyouts.
  • Your domain is yours after 3 months: Registered in our name first. Ask for the EPP/auth code after 3 months (registrar rules like 60-day new-reg locks still apply).
  • SitePad migration: move to any host that supports SitePad, use an export, or rebuild. We can quote to help.
  • Custom web app development, e-commerce builds, or database integrations.
  • SEO guarantees (we don’t control Google).
  • Extensive copywriting beyond light edits.
  • Legal/compliance vetting of your content.
  • Desktop or on-site IT support.
  • Paid third-party licenses or premium assets unless quoted.

Need something bigger? We’ll quote it transparently but please understand the costs that will be involved.

  • Build phase: one reasonable round of edits on the first draft.
  • After launch: up to 3 small revisions per month (image swap, typo fix, a paragraph update).

Larger changes (new pages, redesigns, new features) are quoted.

Yes. We try to be radically fair:

  • 30-day guarantee (Help Me): cancel within 30 days of first activation → refund of our month-one fee (minus domain), plus a site export on request.
  • 3-month minimum: after 30 days, if cancelling before 3 months, pay only the months remaining to reach 3. After that, cancel any time at end of current cycle.
  • Domains: in your name from day one; generally non-refundable once registered.

DIY = Do It Yourself.

  • You buy and own the domain yourself.
  • You build and manage your own website.
  • We provide hosting and platform support. If you want help with site work, upgrade the package to the "Help Me" package.
  • Uptime: high availability target; maintenance and upstream incidents can occur.
  • Backups: routine best-effort backups. For mission-critical data, keep your own backups too.
  • Your content is yours.
  • Domain: Registered in your name from day one on the DIY package. But the domain is registered in our name for at least 3 months on the Help Me package.  You can request transfer/EPP at any time (subject to registrar rules like initial 60-day lock).

Standard support via tickets in your client area, during business hours. You will have received your account details once you ordered any of the two packages from us. We’ll confirm receipt and respond as quickly as possible.

We work on a first-come, first-served basis. Turnaround depends on our queue and how quickly you provide content and approvals.

  • Typical timeframe: 5 to 21 working days from content handover to publish.
  • Backlog: if there’s a spike in orders, timelines may extend. We’ll endeavour to work as quickly as possible and keep you updated.
  • Your part: fast feedback and complete content help us hit the shorter end of the range.

Speed is a two-way street. If you get us the right material up front, we hit the short end of our 5–21 working day window.

  • Logo & brand - SVG if you have it, otherwise a transparent PNG (min 1024px). Include brand colours (HEX codes) and any font preferences.
  • Photos - at least 20 good images (landscape preferred, 1600px+). If you don’t have many, we’ll keep suitable theme images.
  • Company profile / copy - a doc or PDF we can copy/paste: what you do, services, about, FAQs, pricing (if public), and any must-include statements.
  • Pages & CTAs - only according to the Theme you chose.  Should there be an additional page you need, talk to us so we can inform you if it is a reasonable request and the primary call-to-action (call, WhatsApp, form).
  • Contact details - phone, address, operating hours, email for the contact form (the inbox that should receive enquiries).
  • Theme choice - pick a theme from sitepad.com/themes (or choose “Custom theme” at checkout and type the exact theme name). Tell us any sections to keep/remove or let us do everything and send you the link to do a round of edits for us to do.
  • Social links & testimonials - Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter links, 2–5 customer quotes with names (and logos if allowed).
  • Legal bits - privacy/terms or industry disclosures if you have them (we can link to your docs).
  • Email/DNS info (optional) - if you already use a mail service, share the address you want forms to deliver to; we’ll handle the basics.  If you don't have  email addresses, tell us what email addresses you want and we can create them and send you all the details.  This can only happen once your domain has propagated, meaning that it could take up to 24 hours for the domain to be visible on the internet.  But after that, creating email addresses is a very quick exercise.
  • Colours - If possible, provide us with the colours you like, primary, secondary colours.  If you don't know the Hex codes, etc, don't stress.  Just tell us where to find these colours, for example, on your company profile, logo, and we will get the Hex codes ourselves.
